Healing Virtues Medical Centre Limited popularly known as Healing Virtues Hospital is a community rooted, fully fledged primary and secondary level care private health care institution. It was licensed by Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency under Lagos State Government, accredited by the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and a member of Health Care Providers Association of Nigeria (HCPAN). Healing Virtues Hospital began operation in 2002 as an health care provider and later became a limited liability company in March 2005 with RC no 619913 with Corporate Affairs Commission. Our facility provides medical services to notable Health Maintenance Organisation in Nigeria (HMO), Private organisations and individuals living far and near. Our company is known for being faithful to our tradition, we provide the highest possible standard of care and treatment in a professional and compassionate manner to every person who avails of our services”

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Dr Ajayi Olukolade-The Medical Director
He graduated with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree (MB ChB) from Obafemi Awolowo University(then University of Ife) in December1992 and Certificate in Ultrasonography at Nordica Fertility Centre 2007.
Because of delay in getting immediate desired placement for housemanship in Lagos, he worked briefly at Nimbus Medical Centre Ogudu and Health Functions Hospital Ojota both between 1993-1994.
His boss then at Nimbus (DrMamora, Current Minister of state for health) was pained to release him for his sense of duty and diligence. He had his Housemanship at Military Hospital Yaba in 1994 – 1995, where he wasthebestservingHouseOfficerwithalltheConsultantsacknowledginghisexcellence,diligence,questfor knowledge and skills and unique sense of duty.
Dr Ajayi proceeded for NYSC at 332, Artillery Regimen, Shendam, Plateau State between 1995-1996. BecausemostoftheSoldierswere awayinLiberiaaspartoftheECOWASpeacekeepingforce,theclinicin the barrack was not busy and out of boredom and willingness to learn, Dr Ajayi took permission from the Commanding Officer to be allowed to work in hospitals in town when not busy. This gave him the opportunity to work in 3 different hospitals namely Bene Clinic, Atti Hospital and Shendam General Hospital.These3healthfacilitiesimparted him with a lot of surgical skills which eventually stood him out in medical practice when he returned to Lagos after his national service.
He worked at Adefemi Hospital Group between June1996 January 2002 in various capacities; he started as a Senior Medical Officer. He left in 2002 as a Branch Head to start Healing Virtues Hospital on 18th February, 2002.
Dr Ajayi is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILP), USA.
Dr Umoru Alector Asunume –Head of Clinical Services/Quality Control Officer
He holds Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), 2009, from University of Ibadan, National Youth Service Corp (NYSC), 2010- 2011. He had An Hybrid Airway Management Certificate, 2022.
He has worked with Vineyard Hospital, Idimu 2012 – 2013 as Medical Officer, Healing Virtues Hospital 2013 till date as Senior Medical Officer & Head of Clinical Services, Lagos State Teaching Hospital 2013 till date as Principal Medical Officer.
Abayomi Funke O. - Matron
She is a Qualified, Certified and Licensed trained Nurse and Midwife. She graduated with RN 1982 and RM 1984 from Lagos School of Nursing & Midwifery, Ikoyi. She is a registered member of the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria since 1984 till date. She worked as a Senior Nursing Sister between 1990- 1994 in the following Establishments Airforce Secondary School, Airforce Base Medical Centre (M.R.S), Ikeja, Lagos State Government House Clinic. She was posted to Ikeja General Hospital now LASUTH, 1994- 2004 until she retired as a Chief Nursing Officer. She later took up appointments in Private Hospitals as Matron: Hope done Clinic, Onikan, Victoria Island Consultancy Hospital, Victoria Island between 2007- 2011. She enrolled for Midwifery Service Scheme under Federal Government of Nigeria on contract basis from 2011- 2019, where she had several sponsored training and courses as Nurse/Midwife. She joined Healing Virtues Hospital as Matron in January, 2022 till date.
Agbomoniyi Ilesanmi Philip-HR &
Maintenance Manager:
He graduated with HND in Science Laboratory Technology (SLT)from Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti in 2001. He worked with his ND certificate as Quality Control Officer at Cocoa Industries Ltd, Ikeja in1997-1998. He went back to School for HND between 1998- 2001 and later worked with Adreb Medical Laboratory, Ponle, Egbeda as a Laboratory Technician from Oct.2001-May2002. He joined Leeway Hospital, Ikeja as a Laboratory Technician from May 2002-Sept.2002. NYSC Sept.2002-Sept 2003 Shalom Medical Diagnostic Centre, Opeki (owned by Healing Virtues Medical Ltd) as Lab Technologist from Jan. 2004 -June 2009. Healing Virtues Hospital, Ayetoro Branch as Lab.

Ogbegbor Blessing – Administrative and
HMO Liason Officer
He graduated with HND in Science Lab. Technology(Microbiology) fromYaba College of Technology in 2010. He had a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from Washington University, USA, 2020. He worked as a Class Teacher at Wonder Children School, Alimosho from 2001-2004, later worked as Lab. Technician at Shalom Medical Diagnostic Centre, Opeki, Ipaja from 2004-2008. He went back to School for his HND between 2008-2010 and came back to work asLab Technologist & Manager at Healing Virtues Diagnostic Centre, Abesan Gate from 2010- 2013. Lab. Technologist at Healing Virtues Hospital from 2013-2015, then Administrative & HMO Liason Officer from 2015 till dateat the same organization.
